Job Description Site Manager, West Palm Beach   At Thermo Fisher Scientific, we are always seeking qualified professionals.  We currently have an opening for a Site Manager our customer in West Palm Beach, FL. The Site Manager is responsible for: ·  Daily supervision of the Site Managed Services Personnel, enabling the team to deliver consistently excellent service to our customers. ·  Meeting the goals and objectives of the customer location, as determined by customer requirements. ·  Direct responsibility for motivating and leading teams at this customer sites. ·  Regular interaction with management, sales and the customer on matters concerning functional areas within the department and cross-functional groups ·  Coaches and develops team members by providing frequent feedback on all aspects of performance. ·  Works in conjunction with Regional Site Manager and Human Resources on all personnel issues. ·  Completes and conducts performance appraisals in an accurate and timely manner. ·  Assists the management team in meeting daily performance goals ·  Covers all assigned sites for vacation, sicktime, short and long term disabilities, including covering various sites. ·  50% travel required. QUALIFICATIONS AND SPECIAL SKILLS REQUIRED: ·  Supervisory or Lead experience a plus. Start-up experience is a PLUS.  ·  Qualified candidates must exhibit the diplomacy and tact necessary for working at a customer’s site. ·  Proficient in MS Office, Outlook, Internet, Century, and RIMS ·  Possess a complete understanding of RGA’s and the RGA process. ·  Working knowledge of Ariba, SAP, and Oracle a plus. ·  Candidate should have a minimum of 2 yrs related customer service experience, or demonstrate strong aptitude for customer service. We offer a competitive compensation package as well as benefit eligibility upon date of hire.  Qualified candidates should apply online and include salary requirements.  Please note that resumes without salary requirements will not be considered.Education: BachelorsJob Level: Experienced
