Position Description:

We invite you to join TAMS and become part of our Toshiba family.In this position, you will prepare preliminary and final site plans for all modalities of TAMS equipment installations; Review preliminary and final Toshiba equipment information drawings and specifications for errors and omissions prior to distribution (errors may cause the Company to incur financial loss or embarrassment); Maintain department productivity standards for turnaround times, hours to produce site plans and total number of plans; Plan own workload to meet customer and department expectations and requirements; Maintain and manage customer relationships - personal contacts are routine with several groups, departments or teams both internal and external to Toshiba; Make frequent decisions and frequent recommendations; Maintain a modality or project specialty; Investigate and resolve site-planning issues regarding assigned modality and ensure this information is distributed within site-planning and to frontline operations; Manage site-planning requirements within the New Product Introduction process; Ensure that all data, electronic, written or any other format is recorded into required formats accurately and in the prescribed time frames; build and maintain personal and department knowledge of equipment specifications, technical details and clinical use.

Qualifications:

Requires two-year college degree with a focus on a drafting discipline or successful completion of a drafting certificate program or two years equivalent work experience. Proficient in the use of AutoCAD 2007 or above. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong aptitude to develop and maintain internal and external working relationships.
