Job Description Site Supervisor Job Description Job Title: Site SupervisorReports To: Regional Site Manager/DirectorGroup/Division: CCG/RMDCareer Band: IIILocation: Raleigh, NC No. of Direct Reports: 9Day/Shift: TBDFLSA Status: Exempt Position Summary: The Site Supervisor is responsible for the daily supervision of the Site Managed Services personnel, enabling the team to deliver consistently excellent service to our customers. Ensures prompt and accurate delivery of customer required service and quality. The Site Supervisor is responsible for meeting the goals and objectives of the customer location, as determined by customer requirements. The Site Supervisor has direct responsibility for motivating, and leading a team of 4-13 site employees at 6-10 site locations. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for setting up and presenting at customer Business Reviews, delivering Managed Services capabilities presentations, cross training onsites in their geography, building a succession plan with the onsites in their geography and traveling to other sites outside of their region to adopt skill sets of services that are not currently provided in their geography. Administers procedures to support the goals and objectives of the department and the customer. Regularly interacts with management, sales and the customer on matters concerning functional areas within the department and cross-functional groups. Operationally, the Site Supervisor will be responsible for conducting site audits, annual physical inventory, employee reviews, corrective actions working with Human Resources, hiring and terminations working with Human Resources, writing standard operation procedures, attending training classes and regional meetings as necessary, developing KPI’s, tracking trends, implementing best practices at all sites and growing the business at new and existing customer sites.50% travel required. Minimum Requirements/Qualifications: HS diploma or equivalent.BS/BA degree preferred.Minimum 2-4 years Team Lead or other supervisory experience and/or college degree.
