No. of Direct Reports:  8Day/Shift:  Day ShiftFLSA Status:  Non-exempt  Position Summary: Provides work direction to and/or performs all duties of a Sr. Site Specialist to assure customer satisfaction. Organize work assignments for a team of 8 on a monthly basis. Process orders, quote requests, returns, expedite back orders and handle daily customer inquiries.  Train new employees on customer e-commerce ordering procedures thru Ariba system. Train new employees on site SOP and ensure competency.  Provide feedback to supervisor for employee performance and training opportunities. Assist supervisor in performing annual Site Audit and ensure the site meets customer requirements and KPI’s. Record monthly metrics for order volume, invoice rejections, phone call volume and back ordered items.  Run monthly back order report and assign to team members independently. Assist supervisor in updating site SOP and SOW annually.  Demonstrate system competency in Excel to create files, build formulas to track site activity manually for a variety of activities.  Knowledge of the Ariba system a PLUS, knowledge any other customer electronic procurement systems also desirable. Delegate work to team members and follow up for completeness and accuracy. Handle A/R and A/P issues that involve invoice payments.  Work directly with customer on many activities that require unique solutions.  Handles a high volume, fast paced order entry environment that requires constant adaptation, flexibility and strong leadership skills. Monitors work flow to optimize staffing and services for customer. Works closely with customer, sales representatives/managers to ensure sales efforts are supported. Acts as a liaison between customer, sales, suppliers, logistics and management using special system knowledge to ensure success of customer relationships.     Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:  HS diploma or equivalent.BS/BA degree preferred.1-5 years customer service experience.PC Knowledge, Windows based, MS Office.    Non-Negotiable Hiring Criteria:  Demonstrated Leadership abilities.Ability to create and foster positive customer relationships.
