JOB DESCRIPTION:
Perform various manufacturing duties as required to ensure the team meets all goals and objectives.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Hand Finishing, buffing, laser marking, masking, blasting, and inspection of implants and/or instruments.Perform incoming receiving inspection. Perform dimensional lay-out inspection on in-house, and vended manufactured product.Packaging/Clean Line Generalists will perform cleaning, inspection, assembly and packaging of implants and/or instruments.Investment Casting Generalists will inject wax, set-up wax, make shells and de-wax shells.QUALIFICATIONS:
Previous manufacturing experience is highly desirable.Must be able to use all standard inspection tools (i.e., calipers, micrometers, height gages, and comparator).CMM experience desired.Must be able to lift 40 lbs.Must be able to stand for long periods of time.Must be willing and able to work mandatory weekday and weekend overtime hours as required to meet the production needs of the team.Ability to read blueprints and work with measuring devices is required.PC skills are a must.Must have good communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work successfully in a team based environment that heavily emphasizes quality, performance, cross-training, customer service and high accountablility.EDUCATION:
