Works effectively and efficiently to resolve customer issues or escalate to next level of technical support
Provides suggestions for improvement of departmental processes
Actively improves technical skills
Maintains appropriate databases and history files
Dispatches calls to field service organization
Service Parts order entry

BS/AS degree in Electronics Technology or equivalent service experience in the computer or medical fields. Experience with PC hardware, networking, Windows NT, Windows 2002, Windows XP, MS Access and Excel, MCP, A+ certifications or related medical experience highly desirable.
Communicates clearly in oral and written formats
