Telesales Representative

Foremost Equipment is a dealer of new and refurbished medical equipment based in Rochester, NY.  We are seeking a Telesales Representative who can function in a fast paced, high volume environment.This is a full-time, day shift position with growth potential within the Sales Organization.


Main Job Function:

 

This position will involve a high level of incoming and outgoing phone work along with documenting all customer interactions. 

 

Individual must have excellent phone skills, conversational skills and the ability and want to learn the medical equipment environment. 

 

The Telesales Representative will report to the Telemarketing Team Lead and will work closely with the Marketing Department, Sales Department and Purchasing Department. Telesales Representative will be provided with training and development plans to ensure growth.


The ideal candidate will have an Associates Degree or a minimum 2 years experience or equivalent.  Telemarketing experience is helpful.   Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills required, along with being able to be part of a Team Environment.   This is a great opportunity for an entry level position in the Medical Equipment environment for self-starter who is looking for a place to grow.



Foremost Equipment is located at 320 North Washington Street in Rochester, NY.  Foremost provides a full complement of both new and refurbished medical equipment to hospitals, clinics, individual practices and other medical dealers globally.   In addition, Foremost services equipment through warranty, extended service plans and on an individual basis.
