Territory Sales Representative

Job Description
We're Tornier Orthopaedic Extremity Specialists with more than 50 years of devout concentration in prosthesis design, education, training and surgical procedure support.  Our extremity implant designs for the shoulder, elbow, hand and ankle are internationally renowned and awarded.  Our collaborative prosthesis development in concert with forward-thinking physicians is ground breaking.  Our education and training schedule with the orthopaedic community is perpetual.  And the successes our physician partners are enjoying with their patients and pure inspiration.

We are currently looking for a Territory Sales Representative in the Milwaukee, WI area to join our team.

Responsibilities Include:

Provide technical advice to clients to assist in achieving the sales objectives in assigned territory while operating within Tornier policies and procedures.  Responsible for contributing to the gross profit on the sales in the assigned territory. Assist in developing annual sales and production forecase for assigned territory. Define strategic sales plan and product launch strategy for new products in assigned territory.  Responsible for implementation of successful product trials and new product introductions. Drive sales by developing orthopedic and podiatric surgeon champion relationships. Provide outstanding customer service to all customers and potential customers. Responsible for assigned field inventory and sales samples. Assist in working the major national conventions and regional meetings.


Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales or Marketing High knowledge level of the orthopedic implant product line, business objectives, pricing strategies and proven sales techniques. Ability to meet travel demands Strong orthopedic surgeon network. Minimum 3 years experience in sales.  Healthcare and/or orthopedic experience a plus.
