Vice President of Marketing

Position Requirements:  Minimum of 15 years experience of progressively increasing accountability with commensurate results for business and market development in the medical products industry. Bachelors degree required. MBA preferred  Prefer experience in the medical device industry and experience with a manufacturer.  In-depth understanding of the market dynamics for medical products and services in the USA and globally.  Strong skills in market analysis and strategic planning. High energy, self-starting professional with strong leadership and coaching skills and the highest integrity.  Ability to articulate vision and direction. Attention to detail and performance issues. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including both oral and written communication. Travel required. Frequent at times.  Specific Responsibilities: Develop and implement worldwide marketing strategies in support of the corporate strategic plan. Work with CEO to provide leadership, role modeling and training in order to create a marketing culture that consistently meets targeted results. Direct implementation of strategic marketing plans for each product and technology, current and newly acquired/developed, as well as new market channels. Determine market opportunity and trends. Attract, retain and motivate direct report employees to achieve goals and meet job responsibilities. Assure that effectively coordinated marketing strategies and tactics are in place on a market and product specific basis.  As a member of the executive team, participate in the development of the strategic plan and act to manage the business effectively and profitably.  Compensation: A competitive compensation package will be structured to match the candidate’s experience and background as well as the expected performance level of the successful candidate.Relocation: A relocation package is available.Benefits Package: The Company has a comprehensive benefits package.
