Warehouse Worker position may involve working in all aspects of the warehouse operation including:Receiving, Quality Control, Shipping, Stocking, Order-Filling and Customer Returns.Selects product by following the item specified on the picking document and locating it by the item number and warehouse location code information provided.Records amount of product filled and indicates any discrepancies in inventory from the picking document.Performs necessary emergency replenishment for products that run below minimum levels to meet customer order demands from the daily order selection shift.Monitors the accuracy of the customer order.Checks dates of products in assigned scetion and rotates oldest product to the front of the shelf to maximize the product shelf life.Maintains assigned order selections area in a clean and orderly manner.Supports other order selection personnel in order selection process to ensure a smooth and efficient flow of products.Accepts other tasks as assigned by the Warehouse Lead, Warehouse Supervisor, Warehouse Manager, Operations Manager and/or Director of Operations.High School Diploma or GED required.Experience in warehouse order filling or distribution center processes a plus.Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.The ability to handle multiple tasks, establish and coordinate work priorities.Good communication and time management skills.Must be dependable and adapt to changing work priorities with ease.Ability to work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines.May be requried to sit, stand, walk regularly and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.Specific vision requirements include reading of written documents and use of computer monitor screen frequently.
