Helix Corporate Human Resources is looking for an Entry-Level Accountant for the Houston Corporate office.  The responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

 Account reconciliations, asset/liability general ledger tie-outs.Preparation of monthly accruals, journal entries, and financial statements.Maintain job and contract sub-ledgers in accordance with company policies Assist in the preparation and input of division and project budgetsHandling all accounting responsibilities for one or more projects.Review contract and job cost coding of consultant/vendor invoicesPrepare bookings for inter-company charges

 Minimum Required Experienced:2 years accounting experience, offshore would be a plus.BA Degree in Accounting or related field.Solid accounting skills.Able to prepare detailed monthly Financials, Budgets and Forecasts.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.Oracle experience necessary, but not required.
