Administrative Assistant

 

 

Standard 1:  General Receptionist duties as pertain to ABC Coke, its visitors and the need to monitor all access to ABC Coke Sales office. Receive all telephone calls for ABC Coke Sales – expedite as required in terms of forwarding to the appropriate personnel or such personnel’s voice mail or taking a message as my be requested.

 

Standard 2:  General Secretarial Duties including but not limited to typing as may be required by ABC Coke Sales personnel for general customer correspondence and sales personnel call reports. Preparation as may be required of Excel spread sheets and Power Point presentations for Coke Sales requirements, Customer presentations/visits or Drummond/ABC Corporate programs.

 

Standard 3:  ABC Coke Sales/General File Maintenance – in conjunction with Sales personnel in order that files are well maintained, organized, purged, up-to-date and effective for ABC Coke Sales objectives.

 

Standard 4:  Distribute mail as required.

 

Standard 5: Cooperative support and coordination with other divisions of ABC Coke and Drummond Company, Inc and their personnel as may be required and consistent with the objectives/guidelines as determined by ABC Coke management.

 

Standard 6: Assist Manager-Traffic & Transportation, ABC Coke Sales in pursuit of his Standard 3; analysis and evaluation of cost effectiveness and efficiency of ABC’s utilization of transportation assets:Tracking private /ABC leased railcars to estimate their traveling time from ABC coke to ABC customers and their  travel time from the customer back to ABC.
