Our core values - ethics and integrity, independence, innovation and quality - are the foundation of our company and drive every decision and action we take.If you thrive on challenges and have the ability and talent to be a Timken associate, we currently have an opportunity to join our team.DescriptionPosition Summary:This position is responsible for accuracy and integrity of all financial information concerning Bearing plant activity.  This is accomplished through active management of the financial policy and internal controls for the Bearing plants.  As a member of the plant management team, the plant controller is responsible for driving financial performance of the plant and insuring that economic rigor is applied to the decision making process, including efforts to reduce invested capital and improve cash flow.Key Responsibilities of this position include: This position is responsible for creation of business plans, forecasts, actual reporting, KPI reporting, and variance analysis. Review of financial transactions impacting the plant financial statements, including AR’s, project spending and daily / monthly spending. Work with operation managers to provide them with the necessary tools to understand their plants financial performance. Develop accurate product standards. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Finance with 15+  years experience,  Masters degree in Finance with 10-12 years experience.
