Regional Technology Training Specialist

Use your previous performance results in technical training and experience with information systems to join a world leader!


Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Developing training materials



Conducting education classes for software, hardware and network technology changes



Provide hands-on and remote training



Provide Help Desk support



Link together training, computer systems and ISO Quality System



Approximately 50% travel





Qualified candidates will possess:

Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Communications or Information Systems with an educational background



Bilingual skills desired



Minimum 3 years of PC experience, IS application support or end-user experience and network experience desired.



Minimum 3+ years of teaching experience in a business environment



Demonstrated writing skills



Strong interpersonal and presentation skills



Ability to plan, schedule and conduct training activities for multiple locations



Proficiency with MS/Word, MS/PowerPoint, Lotus Notes and Visio
