Administrative Coordinator
Pacific Clinics, a private non-profit behavioral health agency providing multi-cultural, family-focused and client-centered behavioral health services to our clients, families and communities since 1926, has an immediate opening for an Administrative Coordinator.
This position will provide professional, efficient administrative support to Pacific Clinics’ management staff. Responsibilities include communicating with executives, staff and consumers both inside and outside the company; drafting sound and accurate meeting minutes (using dictation and transcription), memos, letters and presentations; project management; answering and screening calls; scheduling calendars and handling multiple projects as assigned.
The ideal candidate is an intelligent self-starter with exemplary communication skills, capable of operating independently, making informed decisions and anticipating needs. Must have detailed knowledge of chief executive day-to-day functions as well as comprehensive experience, skills and knowledge, including computer skills for major office applications (e-mail, word processing, spreadsheet, presentation, etc.). Experience taking detailed minutes through dictation/transcription essential.
Qualifications include min. 5 years executive administrative office setting experience, ability to interact with all levels of staff and consumers, great attention to detail and the ability to multi-task with ease. Experience in a non-profit setting a plus. Must enjoy working cooperatively with a very diverse population as aligned with Pacific Clinics’ mission, vision and values
