Analytics/OLAP Developer

We are seeking a person to join our Business Intelligence group to design, develop, and enhance BI solutions (Data Warehouse, Data Marts, Dashboards). Candidate will participate in all aspects of requirements, data modeling/visualization, and front-end design.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

* Analyze, design, build, test and implement OLAP/Analytics cubes using Qlikview toolset

* Design, develop and implement SQL logic and OLAP structures

* Support Datamart design and ETL development

* Implement enterprise dashboards for managerial and executive reporting

* Responsible for defining and delivering sophisticated BI output

* Develop front-end platform and data visualization

* Trouble shoot, debug, and resolve code problems

* Project management: ability to lead small BI teams of 1-3 resources (consultants and employees)

Minimal Qualifications:

* Must have experience in a Data Warehouse environment with passion for data
* 5-7+ years working on BI/DW projects with deep experience in analytics, OLAP, data model user interfaces and visual design

* Strong expertise in cube development and datamarts

* Ability to develop in: AS/400, Kettle, QlikView and SQL

* Experience in performance tuning

* Experience in Performance Management using Balanced Scorecard methodology

* Good design documentation in addition to written and verbal communication
