Associate Technical Trainer

Summary: The Technical Trainer will deliver comprehensive instructional courses for American Red Cross financial applications as well as design, develop and deliver training on their enhancements, upgrades and new policies.Responsibilities: The Technical Trainer will continuously review documentation to reflect current best practices and uses of the financial applications. Deliver training in a variety of formats including remotely and traditional classroom training. Partner with Finance staff (entry level to senior level) to identify potential training opportunities. Qualifications: Qualified applicants will possess a BS/BA in business, education, information systems, or related degree or equivalent experience. Minimum of three years experience in developing and delivering effective training on financial applications such as: Oracle Financials (E-Business Suite 11.5.9) and Business Objects (version 6.5 or higher) is required. Excellent technical writing, training and facilitator experience required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required. Six Sigma, Lean, Continuous / Process Improvement is highly desirable. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is essential.
