Budget Analyst Summary

Our client, an organization focused on creating international impact, is committed to providing a professionally stimulating and supportive working environment. This organization seeks a Budgeter who enjoys performing budgeting for the majority of the day on a daily basis. Additional job components include research and analysis, though the position focuses primarily on budgeting duties. This contract position may become permanent to the candidate who demonstrates solid abilities and work ethic.

Compensation for this position will consist of $20-$25 an hour during the contract period. Excellent compensation and benefits are also provided to the right candidate during the contract period. Candidates who become permanent will be compensated with a salary ranging between $45,000 to $55,000 per year.

This position is not suitable for Accountants.

 


Essential Budget Analyst Skills & CharacteristicsMasters degree in Economics or Business is mandatory Very strong budgeting skills Strong Excel skills - great with spreadsheets and formulas Strong research skills Leadership skills: Confident and outgoing, able to ask probing questions in meetings Project design skills: The position involves designing projects from the cost side Ability to multi task and work under very tight deadlines that sometimes require working long days
