Business Administrator

The Salvation Army, Adult Rehabilitation Centers Command, is looking for people with the skills and talent to take our Production and Retail Divisions to the next level.  We have several locations in the western states that operate warehouse and multiple store locations.  The Business Administrator would be responsible for the overall business operations of the ARC including administration, retail, and production.  This person will have general supervision over the Director of Retail and the Director of Production.  This position will also be responsible for the daily office operations, building projects, public relations, board development and staff development with specific supervision of the Accounting Clerk, HR Coordinator, Administrative Aide and any other Administrative office staff. 

 

QUALIFICATIONS:  BA or BS in Business or equivalent in experience.  Minimum of five years general office/business experience.  Exposure to both retail and production operations with a minimum of two years' supervisory experience.  Must have experience with Microsoft Office programs, with strong Excel experience.  Must have a working knowledge of basic business administration and office mangement along with a general knowledge of property management, public relations, and project management.  Specific experience in human relations and accounting very helpful.
