CALL CENTER MANAGER (TISSUE OPS DEPT)

OneLegacy, a donate life organization, has an immediate career opportunity in the LA Wilshire office for a Full-time Organ & Tissue Call Center Manager in the Tissue Operations department.

 

Responsibilities include the operational oversight and regulatory compliance of the Call Center and Donor Information Coordination, and management of the Donor Information Supervisors.  The CCM hires staff; performs personnel disciplinary action and involuntary separations; performs on-call responsibilities; uses independent judgment to ensure that the Call Center computer and telephony hardware and software systems are adequate for capturing data for tracking, trending and reporting; ensures that ongoing customer service is provided to ME/Coroners offices, Funeral Homes, and Hospitals in the OneLegacy donor service area in addition to UNOS, and other Organ Procurement Organizations. 

 

Qualified candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college, or five (5) years experience as a manager (or higher level).  Five (5) years experience in tissue banking is preferred.  CEBT and CTBS certification preferred. 

 

A current state driver’s license, auto insurance based on state minimal insurance coverage standards and reliable automotive transportation is required.  Candidates must also be able to successfully pass the background screening process.
