CLINICAL SUPERVISOR/SUBSTANCE ABUSE MANAGER
Description:  The primary role of the Clinical Supervisor is to oversee and administer the delivery of service to the consusmer.  The qualified Clinical Supervisor will be responsible for and demonstrate proficiency and professional experience in the following areas:

· Clinical Supervision and training of all employees, volunteers and contract staff
· Evaluate and treat DUI Offenders
· Assessment and Counseling
· Assist in Fund raising 
· Referrals and net working
· Upholding consumer rights and addressing complaints, grievances, and other concerns in compliance with the facility policies and procedures.
· Assist in the mission and direction of the organization
· Assist in the establishment and revisions of the organization’s Policies and Procedures
· Promotion of value in the programs and services offered.
· Balancing the expectations of its consumers, personnel.
· Compliance with CARF accreditation
· Organize and conduct treatment plan and team meetings
· Ongoing performance improvement including strategic planning, continuous quality improvement and outcomes management efforts.
· Assist in Compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
· Participation in the community through education or activities to promote the elimination of discrimination and stigma for its consumers and advocate for the needs of its consumers.

Requirements:

a) Current Licensure/Certification as LCSW/CACII, CACII, MAC, LPC/CACII or equivalent approved by the state of Georgia recognized regulatory board approved to oversee Addiction/Mental Health Services.
b) Education at the Master’s Level or higher in the Human Services field, Business Management, or related field with addiction counseling certification
c) Experience in a supervisory/Management role in a field related to addiction and mental health treatment services
d) Current Licensure/Certification as a Counselor/Therapist and Supervisor, or equivalent level, by a State recognized regulatory board approved to oversee Addiction/Mental Health Services.
e) Direct counseling experience in the Addiction/Mental Health Treatment Field
f) Experience in Program development/management, budgetary design, marketing and/or resource management is desired.
