CONTRACTS ADMINISTRATOR

GENERAL DESCRIPTION: Maintains Agency's revenue contracts and ensures compliance with contract provisions.  Liaison between the Agency and funding sources.  Meets regularly with Finance and Accounting Manager to ensure compliance with contract provisions.  Submits monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to granting agencies and performs audit compliance functions.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS:Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business AdministrationThree years experience in grants management and contract compliance, preferably with a non-profit organization.Knowledge of contract management procedures.Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with staff and personnel/professionals at outside agencies.Proficient in the use of computers and spreadsheets and word processing software.Ability to work under pressure
