Call Center Representative

Call Center Represenative: You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, researching customer (donor) information. You will take donations over the phone and enter into computer. Must be able to pass criminal background check and drug screen. 1-2 years previous call center experience. Must have strong communication skills and be able to multitask. Must have good computer skills in both Microsoft and Internet technologies. Must be able to work Saturdays.
