Career Development Specialist

Responsibilities:Provide Vocational Rehabilitation services to individuals living with chronic and persistant mental illness. Assist program participants in returning to the workforce by assessing individual strengths and transferrable skills, job development, job seeking skills training, and providing job support services. Work with Vocational Rehab team to ensure quality placement and support services. Qualifications:
BA or BS in human service or related field. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. An understanding of issues related to vocational rehabilitation for individuals with mental illness appreciated but not required. Applicants with diverse backgrounds encouraged to apply.
