Center Director/LPN

Center Director/LPNEaster Seals Florida, a premier provider of services to people with disabilities and special needs, is seeking a full-time LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) to supervise and facilitate our Winter Park Adult Day Care program.  Specific job functions include (but not limited to)  Monitor health status of clients.  Administer and document medications and treatments to clients according to physician orders.  Perform direct client care.  Maintain confidentiality of all client information.  Maintain center environment according to accrediting and funding agency guidelines.  Hire, supervise and develop staff.  Coordinate and conduct appropriate marketing techniques to meet established attendance goals.  Ensure that clients are enrolled in the center in a timely manner and appropriate payment is received for services rendered.  Monitor center expenditures following proper authorization procedures and keep expenditures within budget limits.  Oversee timely and accurate submission of all billing data for services.  Provide staff coverage as needed. Qualified individuals must posses a minimum of a current Florida LPN license with at least one (1) year of nursing experience and at least one (1) year of supervisory experience.   This is a busy, responsible position with a highly respected non-profit organization. It is a full-time position with a benefit package that includes:  health insurance, life insurance, long-term disability insurance, Section 125 plan, 403(b) annuity program, optional dental, supplemental term life and AFLAC insurances, as well as, vacation, personal and sick time. Annual salary is $35,000.
