Certification Coordinator
The American College of Medical Practice Executives (ACMPE) is seeking a dynamic individual to fill the role of Certification Coordinator. ACMPE provides board certification, self-assessment and leadership development for medical practice executives. This individual will serve as a vital resource in the ongoing development, expansion, marketing, and maintenance of the ACMPE computerized exam delivery network and Certification products.
Position Description
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
Recruits volunteer examination network sites and manages the recognition process for volunteers.Works with volunteer leaders to promote computerized exams in their state.Maintains and updates computerized exam software.Serves as central point of contact for exam delivery sites and volunteers.Participates in ongoing communications and marketing strategies to support examination network activities.Assists with web-based product development, maintenance and communications. Serves as an online and face to face tutorial facilitator and registrar.Assists in the creation of examination network program support materials, reports, training material and tracking systems. Participates in the development of budgets.Assists Certification manager with other projects, as necessary.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree and minimum two years project management experience. Volunteer management, training delivery and web-based product development experience preferred. Must have strong organizational, customer service and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills including writing, editing, proofing and oral communication are required. Must have ability to take initiative, be self-directed, and work well with a team. Intermediate Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills preferred.
