EYA is a premier provider of children and family services, with an extensive network of residential, day treatment, early intervention and community based programs in nine states. We seek a proven leader to establish and implement a strategic direction and business plan for the Operations function of EYA in support of the vision, policies, and goals established by the Chief Executive Officer and the Board of Directors. Responsibilities include directing, developing, and coordinating the human, physical, and fiscal resources to accomplish the plan in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Provides leadership for building an organizational culture that is consistent with EYA values and can foster EYA’s capacity to lead the nation in the field of child and family services.Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, or a related field. Masters Degree strongly preferred.Minimum of ten years of related work experience at the corporate level. Detailed understanding of both non-profit and for profit businesses.
