Clinic Assistant II - Bradenton

Planned Parenthood of Southwest and Central Florida is currently seeking a Full-Time Clinic Assistant II, for its Bradenton clinic. The Clinic Assistant II provides technical skills such as phlebotomy, injections, and HIV counseling.  The Clinic Assistant II is cross-trained to function as the front desk person and assist the Nurse Practitioner as needed by the clinic.Daily responsibilities will vary as needed and as assigned.  Primary responsibility is to provide information and education to patients such as reproductive functions, contraceptives, STI, safer sex, HIV and pregnancy options. Must be dedicated to providing outstanding customer service.  Must be an advocate and demonstrate understanding and personal commitment to reproductive rights.
