Description of Duties:
Will provide direct care service to individuals including case management, crisis intervention and supervision of the daily schedule such as food preparation, medication observation and group activities (in and outside of the house). 

Qualifications and Experience Required:
Good with people, compassion and empathy for those diagnosed with mental illness. Basic computer skills, good verbal and written skills and an ability to handle crisis situations 
 
Requirements, Responsibilities and/or Duties Unique to the Position:
Will report to residential team leader, must be able to work Saturday 7am through Monday 7am. Sleep shift (8 hours not paid time).
Must have a valid Illinois driver license with good driving record, automobile and 100/300 auto liability insurance.
 
Minimum Education Required: High School Diploma. Bachelors Degree preferred.

Hours: Part-time; every other weekend, 7am Saturday through Monday 7am
