Job Description:Compensation/Benefits Manager will design,implement,and administer compensation programs and policies. Manage all welfare and pension programs, including medical, dental, 401(k)and various other programs. Will be responsible for knowledge of and compliance with ERISA, HIPAA, FMLA, COBRA, FLSA, ADA, Section 125 and applicable state by state laws. Serve as a liaison with outside insurance carriers, and have vast experience working with self insured companies. The ability to interpret insurance policy provisions, federal/state regulations and company policies pertaining to employee benefit plans. Maintains up-to-date knowledge of regulatory requirements to pro actively manage service impact. Position Requirements:Must have excellent customer service skills with high degree of timely problem resolution. Strong HRIS and desktop computer skills (Microsoft Office preferred). Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to manage confidential and sensitive issues. Ability to assess processes and make recommendations for improvement.
