Each year, RuffaloCODY assists more than 500 nonprofit organizations with their fundraising, membership and enrollment management objectives. With over 3,000 employees at more than 70 locations across the country, RuffaloCODY serves the nonprofit community with a number of product and service offerings including: on- and off-site phonathon campaigns, enrollment management, planned giving identification programs, consulting and software.
Computer Operations Analyst
Job Description:
Main duties with this position include effectively managing the implementation of calling projects/setting up data for phonathon operation while supporting ad hoc requests for calling program support. This position utilizes our internally developed software to load data and manage projects for our phonathon calling staff, and qualified candidates must understand and utilize SQL to analyze and maintain our prospect databases.
Qualifications
Required: Strong understanding of and experience with databases and SQL. MS Access, MS SQL or Oracle.Familiarity with computer programming concepts and best practices/techniques.Candidates should possess analytical skills and have general attention to detail. The ideal applicant will have a technical degree OR 3 - 5 years experience in a technical field. Strong written and verbal communication skills are required due to the contact with internal and external clients.
Preferred:Working knowledge of FoxPro and Excel. Previous experience in telemarketing a plus. Ability to document and keep updated current processes and procedures
