Job Summary: Analyst on a complex construction program requiring application of a wide range of qualitative and or quantitative methods for managing risk associated with the planning, design, construction, and operations and maintenance of major construction project. Location: Washington DCDuration: Full-Time Regular Experience: 10 years Education: Bachelor degree in civil engineeringTravel Required: Yes. Frequent travel required.Principal Duties & Responsibilities: Provide risk management-related advice and support to ensure proper reporting, analysis, prioritization and mitigation of risks and associated issues. Establish policies, procedures and best practices in support of program- and project-wide risk management. Raise risk management awareness. Integrate processes and procedures with the team's current activities and working environment. Establish criteria for analysis, assessment and prioritization of risk. Assist risk owners in developing, and documenting risk strategies and mitigation activities. Maintain risk register. Prepare risk briefings, reports, and documents for program and project review. Applicants selected for this position will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Only US Citizens are eligible for a security clearance. For this position, LMI will only consider applicants with security clearances or applicants who are eligible for security clearances. Skills Desired: § Experience in risk management for large capital construction projects.§ Experience with planning, design, construction, and operations and maintenance activities for large capital construction projects.§ Experience with the Corps of Engineers is a plus. § Proficient in Microsoft Office 2000 or later with particular emphasis on Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
