Development Project Manager

Mather LifeWays is a unique not-for-profit organization enhancing the lives of older adults by creating Ways to Age Well.  We seek a Development Project Manager at our Evanston Office to:

 

· Provide research, analyses and management of development related senior living projects.Track data and conduct analysis of sales and depositor trendsConduct real estate/market research and provide analyses for potential development projects

· Design and maintain tracking systems including outstanding design/construction issuesAssist with preparation of regulatory and entitlements applications Assist with preparation of financing requests for proposal

The successful candidate should have the following background:Bachelor’s Degree in businessExperience in project managementExcellent communication and organizational skillsComputer skills
