Director of Human Resources

 

Our client is a large not-for-profit organization in Northwest Pennsylvania.  They are seeking an executive level HR professional to provide leadership and direction.  This is a challenging opportunity with high visibility for a seasoned professional to integrate the human resource function as a business partner in all areas of the organization.

 

Requirements include an undergraduate degree (prefer advanced degree and/or PHR certification), minimum of 10 years progressive experience developing and implementing programs in all facets of H.R.  Experience must encompass union and non-union environments.  The successful candidate will possess excellent business acumen, high energy level and be a self-starter.  Excellent compensation and benefit package.  Candidates must submit resume and salary history to:
