Director - International Kids Fund

Jackson Memorial Foundation seeks Director for its International Kids Fund, an established program that facilitates life-saving medical care to children from around the world. It is the Director's responsibility to spearhead the development and implementation of fundraising strategies, while strengthening the program's mission and philosophy . Oversees program operations and personnel. Must possess exceptional leadership skills along with strong financial, communication and management skills. Requirements Bachelors degree and minimum 3-5 years fund-raising experience Ability to manage Board relations, recruitment and development Financial management experience  Versed in Development and Major Gift cultivation and solicitation Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
