Project Place, located in the South End, is a 41-year-old non-profit organization serving adults experiencing homelessness --  through social enterprises (paid job training) and career coaching, adult education, transitional housing, and permanent housing. The agency has just gone through a major transformation, moving into a newly constructed building and increasing its capacity to serve more individuals in need.

 

Director of Client Services -- Project Place is seeking enthusiastic and qualified candidates for a full time position working to empower our clients toward independence and life fulfillment. The Director of Client Services is responsible for the supervision, quality assurance and growth of client services and programs throughout the organization, including housing and employment programs.  As Director of Client Services, you will be responsible for personnel management, program development and evaluation, community representation, client data and contract management.

 

 

Other requirements include: MSW or masters in related field, and knowledge of the issues of homelessness, including substance abuse and mental illness.  Spanish language skills preferred.

Salary:  High $40s to $50,000, depending on experienceBenefits include: Generous benefit time allowances, 401K, and a Cafeteria Plan for Health and Dental.
