American Red Cross
The Piedmont Area of the American Red Cross seeks Director with proven management experience to provide leadership in three-county area (Spartanburg, Cherokee, and Union). The ideal candidate will be effective at leading an effort to increase the organization's profile, community awareness and funding level. Programs range from disaster relief to emergency communications to CPR and first aid. Four-year college degree or two-year college degree with related experience is required. Must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills and excel in a team collaborative environment. Knowledge of the community, ability to work effectively with diverse groups, and recruit and motivate staff and volunteers. Marketing, sales and/ or fundraising experience preferred.
