Job Description: As a Fundraising Coordinator you will plan and implement fundraising programs and special events, including local portions of the Jerry Lewis Labor Day Telethon, are responsible for new sponsor development, cold-calling and working with corporate sponsors and interacting with families served by MDA. Local travel and some evenings and weekends are required. Candidates must have reliable transportation.  Job Requirements: Requirements include previous sales and fundraising experience, ability to organize and implement fundraising programs and events, prospect new corporate sponsors and attain budgeted goals. Strong organizational, communication, verbal and written skills are also important. College degree preferred, but not required.
