The Gladney Center for Adoption, a premier non-profit adoption agency, seeks mature and experienced LCSW for our NY office to help promote and lead social services aspect of International Adoption Program. LCSW plus 2 years post-MSW experience is required. Ideal applicant must have strong clinical skills and excellent writing skills including the ability to document clinical assessments. Must be able to manage time effectively, establish priorities, and be self-motivated to accomplish needed tasks. Excellent communication and computer skills and demonstrated ability to provide positive customer service a must. Fluent in Mandarin a plus. Small Manhattan office, team environment-great location. EOE.
