Family Support Coordinator

Second Home, a treatment foster care agency, is looking for a person to coordinate services to the families of children placed in care.  This person will assure that the family has an active role in all aspects of the treatment for their child.  He or she will  assist families in acquiring the skills and/or resources that they need to have the best possible outcomes for themselves and their children.  This person will co-facilitate parent education and support group meetings and work closely with other professionals providing services to the family.
