Fundraiser / Marketing Professional for Fundraising Walk Campaign

The Crohn's & Colitis Foundation of America (CCFA), is a private, non-profit national organization dedicated to finding the cure for Crohn’s Disease and ulcerative colitis.  CCFA sponsors basic and clinical research of the highest quality, offers a wide range of educational programs for patients and health care professionals, and provides supportive services to patients and family members.

 

 

CFFA seeks a Walk Manager for our new walk campaign, Take Steps for Crohn's & Colitis. This individual will be responsible for strategic planning, implementation and creative thinking to execute this national campaign. Responsibilities include recruiting teams, corporate sponsors, participants and volunteers, cultivation and stewardship of all event participants and volunteers, creating a comprehensive marketing and PR plan, coordinating event day logistics.  The ideal candidate will have a BA/BS & 3-5 yrs of related experience. Proficiency in MS Office required, Raiser’s Edge a plus.  This position is based out of our Greater New York Chapter.  Occasional evenings/ weekends required.
