JOB TITLE: HGI Program Administrator
DEPARTMENT: HGI Program Administrator
PROGRAM SUMMARY:
The role of HOPE Global Initiatives is to promote and advocate the benefits of economic empowerment as a tool for vastly improving quality of life, with a particular focus on developing countries on the African continent. The role has expanded to serve underserved communities throughout the world.
Accountability Review:
Ø Reports directly to First Senior Vice President, Global Chief of Financial Literacy (Mary L. Hagerty)
Position Overview:
Ø Provide administrative support for First Senior Vice President, Global Chief of Financial Literacy
Ø Manage and direct assigned Global Financial Literacy initiatives and projects
Ø Manage and direct assigned HOPE Global Initiative projects
Ø Provide assistance with global events
Ø Oversee the administration of global financial literacy assessment initiatives
Experience and Core Competencies:
Ø 2 years work/career - building experience in program administration and project management.
Ø 2 years work/career - building experience in corporate environment required.
Ø 2 years work/career - building experience in international non-profit management
Other Job Specifications and Attributes:
Ø Ability to articulate the HOPE Vision, Mission, Objectives and Programs.
Ø Ability to interact and provide effective relationship management with the various junior and/or senior partner contacts and with financial, corporate, and community – based organization offices and their environment.
Ø Strong research workload; able to adapt in office environments, team player in meeting the vision, mission objectives of overall HOPE environment in a professional manner. Must have the skill set to effectively manage the expectations of a newly formulated initiative within the department.
Ø Willing to modify plans and behavior when necessary to meet a goal, assignments in a timely manner.

Ø Working in the area of financial literacy, education and economic empowerment, Foreign Government Relations, as it pertains to the following categories: Economics and Finance; Economic Education; Financial Literacy; Financial Education.
COMPENSATION: $40,000 – 50,000 a year based on experience plus a competitive health care package and 401K matching program
