Hospice Community Liaison



Not-for-profit and independent Keystone Hospice, serving the greater Philadelphia region for almost 15 years, invites you to join its' mission-driven team to enhance quality of life for terminally ill persons. We are seeking a highly motivated, results driven individual to educate referral sources, increase admissions and build census consistently in Delaware and Montgomery counties, PA. Responsibilities include: 

Education, marketing management and business development at various referring sources, including but not limited to medical professional, assisted living facilities, nursing homes and consumer organizations. Continuously conduct market evaluation and develop comprehensive plans to meet budgetary projections Develop, document and execute strong strategic plans to meet weekly territory referral visits and quotas Establish & maintain positive relationships with all referral sources

 

 



Requirements: 



Demonstrates organization, autonomy and assertiveness in performing all tasks  Outstanding verbal, written, and electronic communication skills MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook proficiency Occasional evening and weekend hours  Job requires extensive on the road "road warrior" appointments and visits. A valid driver's license and car are required. Previous healthcare/hospice experience a plus.
