Human Resources Administrator

The National Bureau of Economic Research (NBER), a private non-profit research organization dedicated to carrying out and promoting economic research, seeks a Human Resources Administrator.  The HR administrator will perform a variety of tasks, including benefits administration (health insurance, life and disability insurance, FSA, pension plans, etc.), development and improvement of HR systems and maintenance of personnel records. 

Preferred qualifications include Bachelor's degree, knowledge of MS Word and Excel, some HR and HRIS experience.  Ability to work with employees at all levels and to handle confidential information with discretion is essential.  Must be self-directed, detail oriented, and must have excellent writing and speaking skills.
