Description:
Individual skilled in health insurance verification, problem resolution, and appeals management to assist patients with chronic diseases. Incumbent will service patient caseload, performing comprehensive benefit investigations, providing insurance education and counseling, assisting with eligibility screening and enrollment, and providing guidance in the preparation and filing of appeals and grievances. 

Requirements:
Compassionate, strong verbal and written skills, ability to organize and prioritize tasks very effectively, attention to detail, extensive knowledge of health insurance and health care systems, strong customer service experience, and 3-5 years of experience in health care, pharmacy, or health insurance settings.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, stressful enviroment.
