Leading Nonprofit Seeks Skilled Executive Assistant! - $55K
Immediate opening for a skilled Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director of this leading Los Angeles nonprofit. If you are a master multitasker and have exceptionally strong organizational skills, you will love working in this project-oriented role as part of this incredible organization. This strong executive needs a real go-getter who can effortlessly juggle multiple tasks including managing the executive calendar, arranging sophisticated travel itineraries, coordinating on- and off-site meetings, processing expense reports, and collaborating on special projects as needed. In this multifaceted role, you will also assist with event coordination and will oversee event timeline management, vendor negotiations, and attendee communication and travel.
Your strong ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines will not be overlooked as you keep pace with this fast-moving team and seamlessly manage a range of shifting priorities. Must have excellent oral and written communication skills, proficiency in MS Office applications and at least 4+ years of administrative experience in a corporate environment. College degree from an accredited university is required. Some experience in the entertainment industry is preferred.
