Membership Manager

The Pennsylvania Newspaper Association (PNA) is searching for a Membership Manager.

 

The Membership Manager is expected to be the central point of contact with member newspapers.  The person in this position will be expected to increase membership through outreach and recruitment of traditional, affiliate, and affinity members, and to play an important role in promoting the value of the Association and its services to members.  The Membership Manager is expected to be a tireless promoter and advocate for members.

 

We’re looking for a well-organized person with excellent written and verbal communication skills.  This position requires a four-year college degree in business administration, communications or public relations, and working knowledge of MS Office Suite.  Important skills for this position are maintaining and manipulating data and customer service.  Some background in or knowledge of the newspaper industry is helpful.
