Vinfen is one of Massachusetts leading nonprofit human services organizations providing services to adolescents and adults with psychiatric, developmental and behavioral disabilities.

We have an exciting opportunity for a full time Nurse Liaison to cover some of our North Shore programs 

 

Summary Position Description:The Nurse Liaison acts as an educator and consultant for clients, staff and collateral providers. The Nurse Liaison works collaboratively with the team psychiatrist and oversees treatment planning and administrative duties associated with the psychiatrist. The Nurse Liaison also provides development of community relationships, crisis management, medication administration reviews and medical/psychiatric assessment of clients as needed. Provides medical case management as needed. 

 

Required Education and Experience:  Bachelor’s Degree in nursing  and  must be a registered nurse in MA. Requires 3 to 5 years related experience in nursing. Position requires use of own car, and valid MA driver's license; position requires one evening per week and one weekend per month.
