Operations Senior Associate

The Public Broadcasting Service (PBS) seeks talented candidates for the position of Operations Senior Associate.

The incumbent will manage product life cycle within the PBS Product Database (PDB). This includes creating new product profiles, scheduling items for deployment to e-commerce and catalog channels, and managing updates to these profiles when necessary. The position will also support purchasing and other inventory control processes. Assist in call center operations, customer service, marketing, and merchandising efforts as needed. Candidates must possess a minimum of 2-4 years work experience in business operations environments, reporting, distribution services, purchasing, and inventory control, customer service, and manufacturing. Experience in MS Access or equivalent database software strongly recommended. Bachelor’s Degree required in business, communication or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
