Payroll Manager A113

Payroll Manager

Goodwill Southern California is currently seeking a hands on Payroll Manager.

This position will administer and oversee all functions of the payroll and related operations/accounting.Oversees a staff of 3-5 individuals and interacts with all levels of management regarding these operations.

The ideal candidate must have a Accounting degree or related field or equivalent in actual work experience. Must have a minimum of 3 years payroll supervisory experience in a large organization of 500+ employees with experience with ADP/Report Smith required within the last 3 years. Strong accounting experience with respect to payroll, payroll taxes and benefits including accrual. Ability to develop and organize procedures and meet deadlines. Ability to supervise and develop staff. Must have excellent computer skill with proficiencies in Windows, Excel, ect.
